Vice Chancellor Renée Navarro, MD, PharmD, Elected to AAMC Board of Directors

J. Renée Navarro, MD, PharmD, UCSF's inaugural vice chancellor of opportunity and outreach and professor of anesthesia and perioperative care, has been elected to the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Board of Directors for a two-year term (2026–28).

Disability Pride Month at UCSF

Celebrate the impactful contributions and experiences of people with disabilities and honor the anniversary of the American with Disabilities Act. All are welcome to join in Disability Pride Month events throughout July.

UCSF Anti-Discrimination Initiative

As an organization dedicated to improving health, UCSF has committed itself to dismantling discrimination and the impact of bias. We launched the Anti-Discrimination Initiative to advance equity in our community. Our anti-discrimination efforts are focused on seven major areas of work.
